Clissold Park User Group is run by volunteers. Money raised through donations, fundraising and the sale of maps and other items helps us organise activities and contribute to projects in Clissold Park.
Past fundraising has supported practical projects and activities in the park, including a boundary hedge, community walks, nesting boxes and wildlife ramps. In 2025, CPUG also organised a fundraising quiz and auction towards a public-access defibrillator, which was installed at the Splash Pad building in 2026.

Clissold Park map
CPUG produced an illustrated map of Clissold Park in collaboration with artist Anna Hymas and CPUG Park History Representative Amir Dotan, with support from Hackney Council.
The map includes the park’s main features and facilities together with information about its history.

Maps can be delivered locally free of charge. UK postal delivery is also available for an additional postage and packing charge.

1886 campaign poster
A reproduction of an original 1886 public meeting poster from the campaign to save Clissold Park is available as a wall poster.
The poster advertises a public meeting chaired by Joseph Beck during the four-year campaign that eventually secured Clissold Park for public use.

You can also support CPUG by buying bird seed for £1 a bag from Fink’s at Clissold House. All proceeds go to CPUG and help support our work in Clissold Park.
